For more details, see item 4 "Automatic collection of access data".

4. AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF ACCESS DATA/SERVER LOG FILES
We collect a number of technical data at every access to our website, which constitute personal data.
These are:
• The IP-address of the user
• The name of the website or file called
• The date and time of the access
• The transmitted data volume
• The report on successful call
• Browser type and version
• Operating system of the user
• The end device of the user used, including the MAC address
• Referrer-URL (the previously accessed page)
These data are not combined with any other personal data that you actively indicate in the scope of the website.
The server logfiles with the above data are deleted automatically after seven days. We reserve the right to save the server logfiles for a longer period if there are any facts that justify the assumption of inadmissible access (e.g. attempted hacking or a DOS-attack).
5. WHAT IS AN IP-ADDRESS?
The IP-address is a globally valid identification of your computer that is unique at the time of its assignment by your internet service provider. In its currently most common form (IPv4), it is made up of four number blocks that are separated by dots. Usually, you as a private user will not be using a consistent IP-address, since your provider will only assign it to you temporarily ("dynamic IP-address"). In a permanently assigned IP-address ("static IP-address"), unique assignment of the user data via this feature is generally possible. Except for the purpose of tracking inadmissible accesses to our website, we generally do not use these data in a person-related manner, but only assess on an anonymous basis which of our websites are favoured, how many accesses there are per day, and similar things.
Our website already supports the new IPv6-addresses. If you already have an IPv6-address, you should also know the following: The IPv6 address is made up of eight blocks of four. The first four blocks, like the entire IPv4 address, are typically assigned dynamically to private users. The last four blocks of your IPv6-address (the "Interface-Identifier") are determined by the end device that you use when browsing the website. Unless your operating system is set differently, it will use the MAC address. The MAC address is a kind of serial number that is assigned uniquely to every IP-capable device in the world. We do not save the last four blocks of your IPv6-address for this reason. We generally recommend activating the "Privacy Extensions" in your end device to better anonymise the last four blocks of your IPv6-address. Most common operating systems have a "Privacy Extensions"-function that is, however, not set by default in some cases.
